Why a duck?

The Serenity Systems logo was selected to convey a message: It is possible to shield churn. Watch a duck, or a swan in the example of our logo, glide across the surface of a calm body of water. The act, by its grace and calm, engenders serenity.

However, there is quite a different view below the water line. There you see the effort and the churn that produces the movement. This is the vision of Serenity Systems. To create an environment that moves the churn of technology, of business computing, to an area where it can be managed. There is no reason for this churn to be visible to users, who should see the simple, placid view above the water line. This is the objective and the accomplishment of the Managed Client.
